Blueberry Pie Smoothie

I've always loved a good blueberry pie. It's hard work making one though, so I decided to come up with a lazy mans version. One that you just throw in a blender, press a button and you're done. No it's not a real pie, but at least it tastes like one. Let me present you with my blueberry pie smoothie. 

Smooth. Comforting. Cozy. 

That's how I'd describe this smoothie. I'm confident you will love it as much as I do. 

Guess what the best part is? Not only does it taste like dessert, but it's also incredible good for you. Blueberries are super high in antioxidants and could be classified as a superfood. Not to mention a whole bunch of other health benefits this little berry brings with it. I'm all up for the good stuff.

Blueberry Pie Smoothie

vegan ● rfsf ● gf


300 g frozen blueberries 

1 banana (or more)

1 tbsp coconut yogurt

2 cm ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cardamom

coconut milk


  1. Add all of the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Add coconut milk for prefered consistency.

  3. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  4. Enjoy from a jar topped with caramelized buckwheat, coconut flakes and fresh blueberries. 

Now go ahead and have a sip.
