Festive Dark Chocolate Bark

It's exactly one week until Christmas. Can you believe it? I can't. I think Christmas always comes around so much quicker than expected. Even quicker here in Australia as it's Summer and no snow to be seen to remind you of what's coming. It's really hard to get into the festive spirit Down Under for someone who grew up with mostly white Christmases.

One way of making it feel like Christmas is baking. Even better if Mariah Carey is singing 'All I Want for Christmas is You' in the background. This is a very real scenario and I'm pretty sure the next recipe was born in the circumstances.

It's time to talk about the festive dark chocolate bark that I'm about to introduce you to. I feel like this could make the perfect gift for a friend with a sweet tooth or perhaps just something to nibble on during Christmas celebrations. You could even go a bit wilder with the 'toppings' if you'd like.
