Lingonberry & Gingerbread Smoothie

Let me start by wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year! I’ve created a delicious Christmas smoothie for you to enjoy.

 

Lingonberry & Gingerbread Smoothie

VEGAN ● SERVES: 2 


2 medium frozen bananas

1 cup frozen lingonberries

pinch of vanilla

pinch of ground cloves

1/2 tsp cardamom

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger

aprox. 1.5 cups oat milk

Toppings:

Frozen lingonberries

crushed gingerbread


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Keep adding the oat milk as you go. You might need more or less.

  3. Blend.

  4. pour into serving glasses.

  5. Top with lingonberries and crushed gingerbread.

  6. Enjoy.
